Just 4" from head to tail tip, this mermaid is about 3 1/2" tall when seated on her "rock." Her multi-colored scales and fluffy open netting sleeves/bra are decorated with mica and tiny tiny beads. Her tail tip is porcelain.

Each rock or stand is individually hand sculpted of colored rock plaster, painted, distressed and decorated to coordinate with the porcelain figure. While some have moss and flowers, others may have shells, mica chips, pearls or even mirrors embedded in the rock or stand. The bottoms are covered with felt to prevent scratches on furniture.
